CFI has been working on my cars for 12 years and they never disappoint. Not only do they provide 1st class service but they guarantee their so down tinting. I had a minor issue 3 years after and they fixed my tint w 0 issues and free of charge. They are always friendly and treat me and my coworkers like family.

I needed to fix an audio system in my car, and I went to Custom Factory Installation. I got an estimated price, which I thought was too expensive, but agreed on service anyway, because I am a female and I don't know any better. Then I told my guy friend how much I paid, and he said that I got ripped off. So, he called Custom Factory Installation saying that the price wasn't fair, but he received a very angry and unprofessional response and got violently yelled at for nothing. My friend was very polite, and just hung up, but Custom Factory Installation called him back and continued yelling. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received from someone.
