Buying a car has always been a task I despise until I found Ace Ford. I am on my second vehicle with them (3 year leases) and have never been more satisfied! My first experience was so good that I figured it had to be a fluke.. but I was able to go back to the same sales consultant for my second lease and the experience was just as great! (I highly recommend speaking to Mark Straup... he knows the product and also was able to guide me financially- didn't force me in a specific direction at all!) I started off with a Fusion Sport and am now onto a Ford Escape Titanium--- both were fully loaded and yet my payment was completely affordable! I recommend Ace to all who I know is looking for an honest, customer service driven establishment.

My salesperson, Mark Straup, was extremely helpful! Mark's product knowledge and lengthy industry experience helped me make an informed purchase. He even took the time to show me how to work all of the SYNC features. Any other salesperson, at any other dealership, would just leave it up to the consumer to read the owner's guide manual.



I've had the Explorer for a few months know and I'm as happy today with the vehicle, as I was the day of purchase. Mark, and all of the managers at ACE Ford, were so helpful. I will definitely continue to purchase all of my vehicles from Mark Straup and ACE Ford!
