I would definitely NOT recommend this office. When presented with a problem or a unique situation, the staff are easily flustered and very quick to anger. The office manager is not above treating the patient in a condescending manner, implying the patient is lying about false information provided by the staff, suggesting the patient must have dialed the wrong number and been given that information by the staff at a different office, and telling the patient they would understand the situation better “with life experience.” I waited almost two weeks after that horrifying phone conversation before calling the office again to follow up about a prescription. When I wanted to discuss the terrible customer service I was given, I was told “I’m very busy.” I asked if there was anyone else to speak with, but the only person who could speak with me about this appalling customer service experience was the person who provided said appalling customer service, and she apparently does not answer to anyone, because when I asked if there was anyone other than the office manager to speak to, I was told that she is the only one to handle this kind of issue. When I protested, I was once again told “I’m very busy right now,” and I was hung up on. I noticed that another review on this site also mentions being hung up on by the staff, so clearly a pattern is developing. I will never frequent this office again, and I deeply regret that I ever did. Geographical convenience does not make up for dreadful customer service. I would have referred this office to family and friends if I was not treated so horribly, as the doctor was great. His only drawback is his choice in office staffing.

My family & I have been going here for 10 years and we are very pleased with the products, service and price offered by WEA. They definitely care about making sure the consumer has the right glasses for their needs, and have always been friendly and helpful during our visits. The price has also been very good, better than a lot of other places we tried before going here. My only complaint would be about their office hours, but if you schedule ahead it's no problem - it never has been for me.

This office is horrible; they are never open and they have no answering service for emergencies. We were a patient of theirs for over ten years and they would not refund us our money for contacts that were irritating our eyes. Pretty pathetic how an office cares more about 100$ than keeping a long term patient. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They were rude when this issue had occurred and they hanged up the phone on us as well. What doctor's office acts in such a way? Not one that I would recommend! We were able to find an optometrist in Walmart, Walmart of all places, that was more helpful to us in 30 minutes than this office was for many years, pretty sad!
