have to wait because they are helping others? really? yur nuts this place is great i go out of my way to go to woodbury nappa, matt ir great,

go to kmart get your oil then get on rt84 and go back to New York and stay there!

This place is great! Knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to go out of their way to help.

Good if you are the first one in. They take care of you and only you. But, if you are walking in when the staff are helping others then YOU MUST WAIT! Even if you are just running in to pick up some oil and want to quickly pay for it. YOU MUST WAIT until they are done with the other customers. Even if they are ordering special parts and have all the books out looking for part numbers. They wont stop to cash you out.



Unless I am coming in with a greasy part I will never go back there.
