They are nice until you leave to go to a less expensive vet. They want you to "sign off" your pets documents to your new vet and continue to call you to do so as if your pets are people not pets (I assume to do a coast benefit sales pitch). I am done. If I want to go to a new vetarnarian it should not be treated as a sin. As I said I am done.

Heartbreaking. She vaccinated my cat with an updat near her spine. The cat soon developed a tumor in that spot. My cat died soon after. This is a true story. Please take your beloved pet anywhere else.
