I love Sally's hair color. I went to their website first to see if they had it, they did and it was buy two get one free ! !! so I went to the store to buy it, but when I got there I did not see the offer. I asked a sales girl and she said she would check but she came back and said that the offer didn't poped out in the system and left so I went on their website and showed it to another sales girl and said she'd check to see if the offer was just online. she came back and said she'll do the offer! !! I really liked that she took her time and looked for options to help me. one happy and returning costumer ! !1
