The Oregon Child Development Coalition is one of the largest early childhood care and education networks in Oregon. It is a nonprofit organization that was established in 1971 as the Migrant Indian Coalition. The organization serves more than 3,000 children and families in over 10 Oregon counties. The Oregon Child Development Coalition s early childhood care and education division offers the Head Start program. It provides various health and child care, educational and job training programs for low-income and migrant children and their families. The organization also offers mental health services for children with disabilities. The Oregon Child Development Coalition maintains a location in Wilsonville, Ore.
