If I could give this guy 0 starts I would, 1 is too much for him! We got him assigned through our home warranty to fix our refrigerator. Long story short, its been 3 weeks I've been without a fridge, he ordered the wrong parts, took him over 3 days to submit his diagnosis report to the home warranty company, he's never on time, I mean, the list can go on and on! The guy is completely unprofessional and rude.

VERY fast and he listened to my concerns as i spoke. Communication is key and when i called another place i found online he kept overtaking me and trying to tell me the problem i eventually had to explain to him i didnt need their services ... but this company was very willing to listen and took care of my dishwasher issues

Good guy! He worked for hours trying to figure out my issue in my home . he had to leave to get extra parts but didn't finish until the job was complete. thanks

I wish I could give NO stars. As the ONLY service provider listed to fix my refrigerator under my warranty in my area, I called on May 18th. He said he was booked about two weeks out and asked me to send him a text with my info and he would book an appointment for me when he returned to the office. I did. He never called back. On May 26th I called back and asked ONLY if we could put an appointment on the schedule. He kept saying he was booked. I explained that he was the only one listed to fix my refrigerator under warranty, and he just kept saying he was booked. I then asked if he was booked for the rest of the year? I also asked how other people were getting on his schedule. I then finally asked, "Is it just that you don't want to fix my refrigerator?" And he said, "I would just prefer that you call (brand) and let them know that you need another service provider." All I was trying to do is book an appointment. I would NEVER, EVER recommend him to ANYONE. DO NOT USE!

This guy really knew what he was doing! I called about my kitchen stove going out on one side and I was afraid I was going to have to replace the whole thing due to another tech that came out from another company but he was able to fix it!

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine. I called around 6 pm on a sunday knowing that I wouldn't get an appointment until Monday or some day after that . I was wrong. they came the same night.
