Silver Star came to my home at the time they stated and fixed my washing machine within 20 minutes.

All City Appliance "diagnosed" my washing machine wrong and gave the run around for 2 weeks to no avail.

Thank you Silver Star for the professional service and timely manner in which you provided me under such bad circumstances...You saved the day!

came to my home inspected our dishwasher got paid $75.00 to let us know that he needed to order a new tray. This was nine (9) days ago. Have not heard from them at all. Tried to call and cannot reach anyone. Customer service is obviously not their strong suite. We would appreciate a call since we cannot reach you. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Silver Star called back to schedule a service call on my refrigerator, which had stopped cooling. They said that they would arrive between 10am and 2pm the following day. I waited the entire four hours for the technician to arrive. No one called to inform me of a delay. I called twice, and got voicemail. I left a message both times, but no one called back. I will stick with companies that honor their commitments, and treat their customers' time as valuable.

Came out to fix my dishwasher, charged me and it still doesn't work. The tech had major B.O. They NEVER answer phone calls!

Haughty attitude when there, unreliable arrival time. Gets job done satisfactorily and does order parts when required, however. Take cash not checks depending on how you look.
