Brian and crew did it once again! We've used Freedom Movers twice and they have always delivered (pun intended) haha. Stress free move once again! New paint and carpets in our new place and they took very good care of the walls etc. Wiped their feet each time they came in (shoes on and off for a move is ridiculous and dangerous) Anyways 5 stars for 5 star treatment as always! Thanks guys

Broke granite 2014. Kelly Scarborough, Freedom Movers, have a warrant in debt in Stafford County, VA for 1100.00. Case #GV14005290-00. Do not use this company. Horrible business when you don't pay your debt or have insurance as a company. LIARS!

Extremely poor customer service.

1 star for blood on our furniture and extremely poor customer service. One of the movers (Brian or Anthony) cut himself while moving heavy furniture. After they left I found blood and called the office and talked to Kelly. He called his crew and told me the guy who got cut didn't realize he was cut till he got home and showered. I told Kelly I found blood on furniture and that I was concerned that blood might be under some of the heavy furniture. Kelly insisted the blood was limited to where I found it (how he would know this, I don't know) and kept downplaying their responsibility ("this was an accident", "this happens occasionally", etc) but never apologized or offered to help. I finally said I'd like his crew to return to lift up the heavy furniture so I could check underneath, and Kelly said they'd have to charge me for that. I then told him he had poor customer service and he then said he would no longer talk to me since my wife made the order.

Beware! Bryan and his crew arrived late (approx. 25 minutes). They were very quick, but a bit careless. The glass for one of my tables was broken, as well as an antique chest - without even an apology. While they completed the job quickly, it was very unprofessional.

Bryan & Oscar with Freedom Movers in Woodbridge, VA were amazing they were very professional and well mannered I was very impressed with their work ethic they arrived a few minutes early and completed the job very quickly… They also took the time out to place my furniture in my new home exactly the way I wanted it…. I was very impressed and the best part is that nothing was damaged in the process… I would highly recommend this company to anyone whom is moving…. They have a customer for life….. I thank you again Bryan & Oscar your gentlemen are the best.

I think my movers were Anthony and Brian. They were awesome! They were right on time (even a little early). Strong AND fast, I was amazed. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

Ray and Mike showed up on time, ready to go. We had a move where there was stuff going to 3 different places (relative's house, storage unit, and PW County dump. They were very accomodating and willing to work with us to get our move done quickly and efficiently. Everything was neatly and professionaly packed into the truck and nothing was as much as scratched. Even bad weather (rain) was no problem for them. We will definitely call Freedom again when our new home is completed and move in ready.

Theses guys were great. I called them the day before I needed help and they show up on time the next day. Great service!
