Orlando and company did a spectacular job on the roof and some of the big jobs i needed done he was responsive professional and the crew was clean and did the work on schedule and under budget

The guys showed up to take away an old toilet and install a new one. I paid them in cash, and even threw in a tip for each guy. They were nice and seemed professional, but in the end, we noticed the toilet seat was placed on very crooked, did not line up with the bowl, and the bolt covers on the seat were not on and missing.

Orlando couldn't fix the problems until the next Wednesday. When I called to confirm, he couldn't come on Wednesday, but promised to be here Saturday. Saturday came and went. No show, no contact at all. I have not gotten any response from him since. I now have to pay someone else to straighten the toilet seat and purchase and replace the missing bolt covers.
