Short and sweet- Not alot of food for your money (fried shrimp and scallop combo- I call it the 6x6- 6shrimp 6scallops all for $16.99) as the waitress said"we weigh out everything" I guess so!/ Every year we still punish ourselves by coming back thinking things will change.Well I guess they are in business for just the quick hit and take your money and could careless about there rep. or quality of what they put out for food. Also over the years with large parties(5 or more) they just can'nt handle it,slow service,cold food, rude hostess(mother of owner-when shes there) in the end for 2 kids,2adults they soaked me for $96 and change..if your looking to spend that type of money head to the Wolfboro Tavern/Inn / As a summer weekend resident for the past 15years I will not go back to the front porch under the same manegment.

DO NOT GO. Moldy fruit, disgusting kitchen - and just pray that you don't see any of the kitchen staff walking around!!

My husband and I have been to this restaurant a few times because we are locals and breakfast is our favorite meal to enjoy out. On this last time, I will NEVER GO AGAIN AND WILL URGE MY FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY TOO!!!

I ordered benedict eggs, the sauce was obviously made with tap water and ran all over my plate. I over looked it and ate (I'm 5 months pregnant, not much comes between me and food). I moved on to my fruit cup and this is when I was done. THERE WAS MOLD ON MY FRUIT. I got up to look for my waitress (who kept disappearing) and unfortunately got the horrible surprise of walking past the kitchen's pick up window. There was food on the floor and an odor coming from god knows where that was less than appetizing. Not to rag on anyone's personal hygiene, but the cooks and kitchen staff looked as though they had slept in their clothes and hadn't showered in weeks...NOT SOMEONE I WANT HANDLING MY FOOD!! I have worked in the food industry almost all my life, and the fact they the health inspector passes this place is beyond me. Maybe a surprise visit is in order!! When I came back to the table after not finding my waitress, my husband had found a hair in his pancakes. ALL DONE!!!

Thank you for the review. My husband and I are going out to dinner Saturday night and we were considering this restaurant. I am glad you were honest. We will be dining elsewhere.
