As a Designer and Stager I do regular business with Heckmans. They are knowledgeable, helpful and perform as promised. I highly recommend!

Late last year (2009) we chose this business to instal 1000 sq ft of vinyl flooring in our home at a cost in excess of $4500.00. Upon completion, we noticed many

flaws in the installation and brought this to the attention of the office manager/wife. No apology was forthcoming nor has the the owner/husband/installer

offered so much as a call or request to come and see the reasons for our dissatisfaction.

We live in an economy that is dicey at best and one would assume a local business

in a small community would make every effort to maintain a good communication with

clients. I write this letter after months of consideration and thought and as a courtesy do not

mention the name of the business. However, if any reader is considering flooring

and would like to see the workmanship they are most welcome to call and

see what our $4500.00 has bought.
