This was my first experience with this co, It was Great. Very easy to set up dual apts schedules, my mom in one town and myself in another. The prices are more than reasonable.. The gentleman that did the service calls was very professional and kind, He explained what he was going to be doing, covered my fire place so the dust didn't go all over the place, he also laid down mats to cover my floor, this made me Very happy as I am a neat freak..
He also conducted an inspection of my chimney and took photo's of the work that need's to be done. He took the time to write up the quote for the next job and provided me with information to due my research instead of just putting it in the mail.. I would definitely use this company and refer to family and friends.

P.S. My fireplace never looked so clean..
