horrible experience i did my research and my item was worth in excess of $1300 to pawn shop lord Joseph offered $850 and explained how he needs to eat as well ,went to a competitor and recieved $1700.

the dude 2 below me is stupid how do you plan to get a quote for scrap gold from a guy over the phone he would need to know what the weight is and what the quality of the gold was before making any kind of offer

Contacted the company on a SUnday and talked with a nice gentleman who said he couldn't/wouldn't give price quotes for scrap gold I wanted to sell since market was closed. Very fair! However, refused to give a market quote by phone at all and must only walk-in to get a fair price estimate. Not worth wasting my time when I can get quotes easily by other buyers!
