This is a managment company for renters. They are the person you have to send your rent check to and call for problems.



Having to deal with this company is a joke! No one is ever in their office during business hours. Their phone system runs in loops. They make you call a number for maintainence then when you call...a person answers and gives you their office number to call. Its just an ANSWERING SERVICE!



They lie...say they will come by and they never do. Its been weeks. Called over 4 times with messages, they return calls weeks later with horrible excuses...such as "he was out of town and i didnt want to call you cause i didnt know what to say"



Horrible! If youre going to get an apartment in the woburn area...make sure they are NOT managed by Trent Thomas group. Huge waste of time.
