Mark, aided in the office chores by his wife Kathleen, has been involved in Dough manufacture since he was 11 years old working in his father?s pizza restaurant. To say that Dough is his passion would be an understatement. Just spend five minutes with him and you come away with the feeling that this is the most important product in the universe. i got some dough from Dough Connection and it was inconsistent, dry and hard to work with. I was very dissappointed. When I made the pizza the flavor of the dough was not there..I will not buy dough from this company...signed anoymous
