Rich T was great; most importantly he fixed both plumbing problems, but was also professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him and use him again in the future.

pann's is always courteous and timely. peter was on time, professional, and efficient- leaving my house as clean as before his arrival.

Gil and Andrew were at our house for A/C installation with metal sheet work involved. The job was done well! Gill took his time to figure out the best way to install A/C in our basement with limited space - in a safe manner, according to the code and specifications. He was honest talking about what needed to be done, confident, creative, polite, and friendly. He was willing to help. My husband and I are fully satisfied. We would definitely recommend Gil and Andrew for a job at your house!

Luis & Mike came out on short notice to do a gas range installation for me. They did a great job, and were very pleasant. Luis also pointed out a couple of potential issues to watch for due to differences between the new range & the old. Pann's plumbers aren't the cheapest, but they're very good and they show up when you need them!

We have used Pann Home Services for several years -- primarily to repair a furnace (at the height of the coldest winter in memory) and to install a new one. The workers have been prompt, courteous and extremely professional. I would recommend them without reservation.

He encouraged and answered all of our questions, and he performed important diagnostic and maintenance services for our heating and air conditioning systems. He also advised us about additional service provisions, and he assisted us with regard to a plumbing problem that we have had for years. We will now schedule a visit for frost-proof piping and insulation so that we can (finally) connect and operate our garden hose. Pete and Scott were great , I had a plumbing problem in my Mom's apartment which was a nightmare but they got the job done quick and everything is great now

I have joined PANN Home Service Protection Plan. I gave them an emergency call when there is a hot water and heating system problem and they have responded quickly. As there is a special unique parts needed to be ordered from the boiler manufacturer, they came back immediately after they have got the parts. The two technicians Peter and Pete both have worked diligently and fixed the problem. They also stayed further to test the system and verify to make sure the problem is fixed satisfactorily. They are wonderful plumbing and HVAC professionals and PANN is a good company to deal with.

I cannot say enough about how great these guys were today. They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly, and did the work that needed to be done very efficiently. This is the first time I've used Pann Home Services but it will certainly not be the last!

Dana and Drew saved us and made our day. Pann sent these two wonderful guys within hours of our distress call. They identified the problem immediately and miraculously fixed our toilet and our outlook. We were pretty stressed out. When they left, we were feeling 100 percent better. We are extremely grateful to find two such professional and delightful experts.

I had Pann Home Service in to diagnose and repair my gas fireplace . The service man new was clearly experienced and within minutes found the problem and quoted me a price to fix it. He had the part needed with him and within hour had not only replaced the part but had done a complete cleaning of the fireplace. I would definitely consider using Pann Home Services in the future.
