Joe C. was very thorough and very professional during the annual checkup of my cooling systems. It's really comforting to have Central Cooling & Heating on my side.

Brian was here at the time we were given. Was very efficient, checked everything properly and even the out door unit just as the rain started. Very polite and explained what he was doing. Have been thoroughly pleased with the company and our service tech.

bradley did a very efficient job when he was here today. He explained what he had done and that everything was working correctly.

John B. was professional and efficient on the semi-annual service contract.

John B. arrived on time and serviced our 3 a/c units. He was very professional, answered all of my questions about the systems, and was very careful about not tracking dirt into the house. He was a pleasure to do business with.

Our 2nd floor AC unit broke down over the weekend while we were out of town. I called first thing Monday, and was able to get a service appointment that afternoon. The service tech John B was polite and quickly absorbed my summary of the symptoms I saw. John immediately got to work and identified the problem in under 10 minutes. He worked in the very hot attic to fix the slope of the condensation drain pipe which was a challenged. Despite miserable working conditions in the cramped hot attic he was successful. John was very professional and gave me concise updates on his progress throughout the job. He did a great job! The AC has been running great. I highly recommend John.

John B from Central Heating and Cooling fixed a leak in my upstairs unit by chasing down the problem in my Hot Attic. He spent the time to resolve the issue as opposed to just putting more coolant in the lines until it ran out again. Great job done fairly fast also.

We have a cooling contract, and Lin came today to change the filter, clean the outdoor unit, and check that everything is working properly. We received a call the day before the appointment and shortly before Lin arrived. Lin was personable, professional, and thorough.

At different times I have had Carlos A and Brian come to service my equipment on an emergency bass. Both were thorough and very very helpful.

John B., was the service pro who came to our home in Salem, MA on Sat 5/9/15 to do the first springtime inspection of our new high efficiency central air system. John was courteous, professional, neat and respectful. I would highly recommend him as a service pro. I also commended him on his services to our nation as a veteran.

Central Cooling & Heating is very responsive to it's customers. Nick P. the technician arrives in a timely fashion and is professional in his work. He listens to the issues and then clearly explains how he is going to proceed. He has excellent communication skills and is thorough, checking all possibilities. Nick P. is also very polite. I recommend John B. for future repair and/or maintenance. He was concise and simple with his explanations of the issue plus very good at the diagnosis and double checking. I was comfortable.

Efficient and helpful, good customer service skills

We have been a customer of Central Cooling and Heating for almost 40 years. During that entire period, they have been exactly what we'd look for in an HVAC company - responsive, professional, highly competent. We have maintained a gold service contract with them for many years. Recently, we had a strange odor in our A/C system and called for service. Brian came out within an hour of our call and immediately found the problem, fixed it (including cleaning the residue). This is what we've come to expect from Central, but it's always a pleasure to experience it again.
