This lighting service was run.. atrociously. Bob seemed like a nice man at first, but was extremely insistent in arranging a start date. He eventually just showed up - unannounced - and began digging up our yard without our knowledge. Despite our discontent with his initial plans for our property, he continuously reassured us that he "knew what he was doing" and "to trust him".

They day that he began work, be brought along a young man who seemed to know more about his work then Mr. Borei did; we even noticed him correcting some of the mistake that Bob had made (like failing to bury our wire, or stepping on our plants).

We also noticed a few racially-charged comments about our Indian neighbors during his second day on the job.

All and all, the quality of his work does not excuse his blatant disregard for our privacy; his lack of respect for others; and dismal work ethic.
