Do NOT do business with Majic window/insulation of unless you support companies with business practices that take advantage of the elderly. Majic convinced my elderly, ailing folks who are fighting many health issues (including cancer, heart health, dementia and severe pain currently treated with pain medications and documented as such) to sign a contract for insulation in their attic. My folks previously had insulation added in their attics and walls within the last 6 to 7 years by a different, reputable company. Previous company did both pre and post energy audits verifying current insulation effectiveness. The pain medications and dementia my parents forgot about this. Majic used pressure tactics on my ailing parents and convinced them to sign a contract in December 2011 for services obviously NOT needed. These tactics include stating my folks would have difficulty selling their house unless insulation added in attic and “metal cans” added for "safety reasons" to their standard (romex) electrical lines in the attic (never heard of this before). Stay away and buyer beware !!!
