Good luck getting good customer service after buying a machine from them. If you need to order a part, good luck getting the right one. If you need field service, they will tell you they will be out within x amount of days then they don't show up or call. You call them and they say they will check into it and call you back. Sometimes they call back. You can tell them you need a certain part replaced and they show up (finally), look at it, and say "Yep. You need this part replaced. We have it in stock. I will be back with it tomorrow." Then they don't show up. Why don't they bring the part to begin with? Probably because they want to bill you for another service call and travel fee. So our loader is out of service and our job is slowed down (or stalled) because they can never come out the same or even next day. Hate the service. Love the Volvo loader. Too bad they are the only ones in the area who service them.
