This is by far the worst company to use, I would never recommend them to anyone- they explained one option that they could do but that was a temporary fix. Our heat went out a 2 days after that, we had paid over 200. I called to get a somewhat refund and the man that I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful! They asked me when the heat went out, which was during the night and the man on the phone asked why I didn't call during the night- this was the worst experience ever!

I contacted them and was able to be serviced on the same day!! This was not what I expected. All the others I had called where a few days out for service. Very professional and friendly staff. The technicians explained everything to me and was priced very reasonable!! Will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family!! Thank again for the service and thank you for finally bringing your company to our area!!

NEVER again. Ripped me off by telling me my heat pump was "un-fixable" and tried to sell me a new one. I called a second contractor and they fixed the problem for less that $200 dollars. My heat pump is still running good now after approximately a year
