Im writing to let people know that i have hired this person who i will not mention by name. He was hired last summer to fix a pressure washer that wouldn't start. The end result was him setting the equipment on fire. I felt bad for this man and did not hold him accountable for damages. He did request that I, ME purchase the replacement parts and he would put it together. To buy all the parts to fix the machine was not cost effective and was cheaper to buy a new pressure washer. Im having an issue getting this machine started and decided to give this gentleman another chance to look at the problem. I spoke with him and he said he would stop by and take care of the problem. He was a no show so i called him and in a very nasty tone i was told he did not have the time to deal with this matter and never will. I should have held him accountable at the time of the first incident but chose not to because he is an older gentleman and felt bad and was brought up to respect my elders. It could have happened to anyone. BUT his refusal to deal with the new problem im having shows the type of person this gentleman is and how he conducts his business. I hope that this review will be well accepted by consumers considering using the so called repair shop and make a better choice than I.
