Inattentive server disinterested in her job. Food was okay because it was not hot. Won't go back. This place use to be good

I go there quite often for take out. The food is great. But the service is just plain RUDE! Especially a certain waitress that is always there. She makes you feel very uncomfortable, like you're just a nuisance to her. Its a shame the service is so terrible since the food is so good.

We frequent this restaurant often. We have NEVER had bad service or bad food. My only complaints are the long waits at times and they only have one entrance/exit to get in and out of the parking lot on Sheridan Rd.

Service is dying in the world today, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is nice, and the service ruins it all. We've been there a dozen times at least, very long waits to be seated, and mainly due to tables not being cleaned quickly. Once you're seated there is still a rediculous wait for water, menu's, and to take your order. Food takes a long time to come out and there's usually an excuse how they're short handed today or something. I get the feeling they don't wanna pay enough staff to work busy evenings. Plates aren't taken away in a timely manner, as staff is hussling by. and we are not checked on after the food is served, possibly because the staff isn't adequate to keep up. But for me, good food just isn't good enough for me to spend my money, especially in this economy. Honestly, we go to Applebee's first because their service is great, even though i prefer stone creek's menu.
