Buyer be ware. Hired them to renovate my deck. Worse work I’ve ever had done on my home. They are unreliable and do not show up to do the work. They never completed the work. Never finished the painting and in some places did a poor job with deck installation. They got paid in full and never came back to finish the job. Now ignoring phone calls and text messages.
I do not recommend them!!

So pleased with the job Craig and his family did cleaning my chimney and wood heater. His prices were competitive and he respond quickly. He scheduled the service and arrived promptly. He communicated throughout the entire process. I too, appreciated he wore a masked for safety. I felt confident in the safety of my chimney and wood heater after the job was complete. I also had him clean my roof and again an excellent job!

Came to inspect and chimney sweep our chimney. Great prices, excellent customer service, arrived early, very dedicated to work and very knowledgable. I highly recommend this company

Had them build a 6’ fence and only got a 5’3” fence. Wants me to pay to replace the fencing that HE cut up so I can have a 6’ like i wanted in the beginning. Disgusting!

We had a huge tree fall in our backyard after the hurricane. Called Craig and he responded right away and gave us a really great quote! They were able to start the next day. Craig and his guys did an excellent job tackling that large tree! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service. We will definitely use these guys again.

I work for a property management company and it can be very difficult to find good trades to do service repairs. During the recent Carolina hurricane we had multiple homes with fallen trees. One call to Craig (the owner) and he had a crew on site within a couple hours. They were fast and very efficient and Craig didn't price gouge. I recommend Craig and his Property Service Company; we will continue to use them for all our service repair needs in the Carolina area.

Craig & his crew did an OUTSTANDING job repairing all the damage (caused from Hurricane Florence) in NO TIME! Would HIGHLY recommend PCS for anything & everything!!

Craig pretty much painted my whole house, then put a backsplash in my kitchen with the hardest tile out there. He did a phenomenal job and even went above and beyond to make it look like he did it for his own place. I highly recommend PSC for any home repair or addition, both inside and out.

Craig and his team did an exceptional job, especially considering what all they had to tackle. My yard was looking more like a jungle scene and although rain/storms kept pushing it back, Craig stayed in touch the whole time, arrived when he said he would, tackled my yard and made it look like civilized people live here again! He offered great advice and names of other companies to work with, not just his own, which I highly respect. I will definitely be contacting Craig again to help!

I reached out to Property Service Company Friday afternoon and Craig was there by Friday evening. He was totally understanding of our situation with our chimney and he was very professional while still making us feel like he was a good friend that came to pay a visit. Their pricing was way better than their competitors and they didn't try to force any unnecessary services on us. The icing on the cake was when he found a major problem with our chimney and gave his word to go to bat for us if our realtor gives us a hard time. Overall I would work with Craig and Property Service Company any day of the week.

These people came to clean our chimney, and from all looks of it, they did a great job!
They offered to check our dryer vents for us, and glad they did!! The vents were clogged, which apparently is a huge fire hazard!! When they dug deeper, it seems the vent pipes were made of plastic, which is a no-no, and there were several hot spot areas where a fire could have easily started.
They went ahead and replaced it the same afternoon with metal pipes and we were good to go! Can't say how lucky we are to have found these people.
They know what they are doing, took the time to do the jobs right, did the best they could to keep chimney ash and dryer vent dust from getting everywhere and cleaned up afterward.
As a note, we bought a home that was built in '88 last year, and have been working with MANY different contractors, laborers, workers so I feel somewhat practiced in knowing the worth of home repair people, and feel very confident about Property Service Company.
