Don?t use him. It?s not worth the headache. Bought a groupon for $30 basic steam clean service. Got talked into $200 more to have the best cleaning offered (yes, I?m a sucker) and he left my carpets with two huge brown out spots that took him two return visits and us a half a gallon of vinegar, a new steam cleaner and EIGHT rinses with our carpet cleaner to get them most of the way cleared up. Then we decided to clean another low traffic area to see what the deal was. The tank was pretty filthy considering we just had them professionally cleaned. Pretty awful company. I tried to negotiate a return of At least a portion of our funds to sort of balance (and I mean not really at all) our trouble with this company. He has decided that there will be no return and that it?s not his responsibility . How that makes sense, I don?t know. Don?t use him. It?s not worth it.

“Always Green Carpet Cleaning” was very unprofessional. The Groupon deal that I purchased included three room basic steam carpet cleaning. The proprietor examined my rooms with the UV light, pointed to some stains and tried to up sale the deal by about additional $87. 00. I refused to pay extra and I asked to perform the cleaning that I had originally purchased, he refused! I canceled and called groupon for a refund. I definitely would not recommend “Always Green Carpet Cleaning” to anybody.

I’ve used carpet cleaners for many years, but “Always Green Carpet Cleaning” is by far the worst of all. The Groupon deal that I purchased included five room basic steam carpet cleaning. The proprietor examined my rooms with the UV light, pointed to some hidden stains and tried to up sale the deal by about additional $400. When I refused to pay extra and politely asked to perform the cleaning that I had originally purchased, he finished four bedrooms in 8 minutes!!! I timed it. When I asked why the carpet wasn’t even slightly warm since I expected him to do steam(!) cleaning, he said that the high temperature cleaning was not a part of the basic cleaning. He basically just moistened my carpet and walked away. I definitely would not recommend “Always Green Carpet Cleaning” to anybody.

I purchased a $50 Groupon for a 5 rm carpet cleaning with Always Green Carpet Cleaning ("AGCC") on 2/16/16. I read the fine print before purchasing to make sure area rugs were not excluded and when making the appointment I explained to the gentlemen that I had only three synthetic area rugs that needed cleaning, but purchased the 5 room package because the 3 room package was sold out.



A carpet cleaner with AGCC arrived at my house around 9am on February 17, 2016 and was very nice. He measured the rugs and proceeded to tell me synthetic rugs were $1 more a sq. ft. and I would owe approx. $60 in addition to the $50 Groupon. When I made the appointment I was not informed of this extra $1 charge. I also thought because I purchased the 5 room package that they would just call it a wash, but the answer was no.



UPDATE: AGCC told me to go to the Groupon website and request a refund because no service was performed. Turns out AGCC had already redeemed the $50 voucher. Groupon refunded.
