Provided by YP.comUnfortunately, became a MDVIP concierge practice June 23, which requires a high annual membership fee, which insurance and Medicare doesn't cover. STILL is a SUPERB doctor and i HIGHLY recommend him for a person who is able to afford the fee.. The only reason i'm no longer with him is because i couldn't afford the membership fee.
