My partner and I are a same sex couple looking for engagement rings. We have walked out of many other jewelry stores in the area feeling uncomfortable. Walking into monarch jewelry was a completely different experience. We can’t thank Diane enough for all of her help, understanding, and support. She has been wonderful at helping us through this special moment in our lives. Diane has really taken the time to teach us about diamonds so we can make the most informed and best decision for us. She has also been incredibly patient and has never pressured us into buying anything like many other jewelry stores do. We can’t recommend this place, especially Diane, enough!

Great people. Treated my finance and I very great. Had some wine and got our wedding rings as was told to us at wedding show. Would highly recommend this place.

Do NOT bring any of your jewelery at this store. I brought a beautiful tanzanite ring ring to be sized, when I got it back, it said "diamond missing" I questioned it and the lady pulled it away and said "you're not supposed to see that" on the way home I shook my hand the diamonds were loose....took it back they "fixed it' but SCRATCHED the tanzanite stone!! I haven't worn it in months because I felt sick about it along with it kept pulling on everything...We're moving so I pulled out the ring again...tried to wear it but the prongs are so messed up!! I've had this ring for YEARS and NEVER had a problem until I brought it there. They are all fancy now with a new place, but the work by the jeweler is BAD!!!!! I'll next complain to the BBB in Orlando!! I'm sick over this! NOT worth ONE STAR!!!!!
