BUYER BEWARE! They may seem nice but they will lie and cheat to rip you off. They sell diamonds that they pretend are non-flawed diamonds but if you take it to a real jeweler or appraiser you find out it?s a cracked diamond that majestic used filler to fill cracks and rip off customers. $12,000 FRAUD! These people are total frauds and Orange County Consumer Affairs should shut down these SCAM ARTISTS!!! Should get 0 stars most of these good reviews are from people that had something fixed or bought plain low cost jewelry but take it from someone they defrauded thousands from you should take your business anywhere else!

This was my first experience with Majestic Jewelers. I will never go anywhere else. They did invisible work enlargaing a very delicate and difficult to work on eternity band with diamonds and leaves in gold. AMAZING! I cannot recommend them highy enough; they are professional, efficient and reasonable. The owner checks every repair/enlargement before the customer is notified that it's ready. Majestic Jewelers is run the way every business should be. Go. You won't be sorry! I'm so thrilled to have found them.

Dan is the Man, purchased a ring an egagement ring from him. amazing quality even better price. Lifetime customer now.. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Go there and ask for Dan tell him what you want and he will make it happen.

Quick, professional service. People were friendly and approachable as well as willing to help. Got my ring resized in 15 mins tops and it looked just as good as brand new. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs. Also they are fairly priced. Willing to give discounts if you are just as friendly to them.

I needed some last minute work done on a Rolex watch and they agreed to do it while I waited. While there I saw some other items I wanted to purchase and the owner took the time to help me and to install those items also. A half dozen other well-known jewelers in town had looked down their nose at me and said it couldn't be done!.

A "can do" attitude and reasonable prices! I will be back...

My parents had been going to Majestic for years so when I needed some work done I automatically went there. I brought them a ring that needed some intricate and unusual adjusting and Jim really took the time to listen to what I wanted done and did a beautiful job making it exactly what I was looking for. The work was also very reasonably priced!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very honest, talented and affordable!!

I was referred to Majestic Jewelers for a repair, and I looked them up online reading all their great reviews, so I decided to check them out for myself. I've been searching for a reliable and trustworthy jewelry store and I have for sure found my match. Not only was the staff helpful, but they made me feel comfortable with leaving my item in their hands. My item was left there for about a week repair layover time and when I got a courtesy call stating my item was ready for pick-up I raced right over. It looked better then the day I first bought it! I am very pleased with their service and I will NEVER go anywhere else. I recommend them x1000. Thanks Majestic!

Majestic Jewelers is hands down the best jewelry store I have ever worked with! My fiance and I first discovered this business after a horrible experience working with another jeweler on my customized engagement ring. After waiting two months for the ring to be completed and repeatedly dealing with a less than responsive contact at this other jeweler, it finally arrived. We were very displeased with the look/style of the band (which looked nothing like what we had ordered and was not suitable for an engagement ring). After reading positive reviews about Majestic on Google, we visited the store with my ring. We spoke directly to the owner who was extremely helpful. He agreed to sell us a new band at a very fair price and took the old one off of our hands after crediting it toward our new band. He mounted the gem from my old engagement ring on the new band, and it is absolutely gorgeous! I receive compliments on my ring all of the time and couldn't be more happy. He did this all within 24 hours. I have since been back to their store twice to have it resized and cleaned which they did for FREE both times. Each time I go in to the store the staff is friendly and helpful. Majestic Jewelers turned a really bad experience into a great one for me and my fiance!

Jim Spence took the peanut butter jar full of silver powder I had collected over the past 15 years as a chemistry teacher and melted it down to a nice ingot for me. I'm sure it seemed like a strange request, but Jim and all those at Majestic Jewelers were wonderfully helpful and charged a nominal fee for fulfilling my somewhat off-the-wall request. The next step may be to fashion the ingot into a nice momento...I'll keep you posted.

I have known the Majestic family side I moved to Florida , well Orkando area in 94. I knew right and then I had met a wonderful group of family. Dan, the owner was a hard working man out to please every customer he encountered . And is still that way today . He goes above and beyond the expectations to ensure all his customers experience a friendly and trustworthy time at Majestic Jewelers. After Dan read the few previous reports and the one that was negative stopped his mind that night. He wishes this unhappy customer would come forward so that Dan could speak to her and make things write. Well if you do decide , we would live to try and earn your trust again . Everyone that comes through Majestuc is important .

Majestic Jewelers is GREAT! My husband took off his wedding ring to go in the ocean and someone took it out of our bag. So I wanted a ring made just like the one he had lost. The ring that they made was perfect! They take the time to ensure that they understand what you want and their pricing is very reasonable. They are the only jeweler that I will ever use again!

I have been using majestic for years.Recently I had an engagement ring from my fiances grandmother that I need sized and serviced. The ring was from 1920 and had alot of sentimiental value to her.They were able to resize the ring while saving the original engravings from her grandparents from years ago. I highly recommend Majestic Jewelers.

I have been going to Majestic Jewelers for the past 7 years and have never been disappointed. I recently purchased a wedding ring for my fiance. I really wanted to get my wife something real nice and Danny the owner gave me such a fantastic deal on a beautiful diamond ring. I could not have gotten a ring like that anywhere else for that price. Everyone at Majestic Jewelers is so nice to me. Every time I walk in there you are always greeted with a smile and they make you feel at home. These guys at Majestic are honest and great jewelers AND they do the work on site. For 8 years I have never had a problem with them and they treat me like family. Why go anywhere else? They are the best!

I have been using Majestic Jewelers for my jewelery needs for over ten years; they have been nothing but helpful & kind. There pricing is always fair & are genuinely an honest business. I had a ring made at Majestic Jewelers in March of this year. They did not follow the instructions for the design that I had requested. By September, 4 of the diamonds had fallen out. I took my ring in and spoke to Ron. I told him that I was upset. He even indicated that some shifting could take place when they stretched the gold to make the ring. He said to leave it and they would fix it. He never mentioned a price and even gave me the receipt with no cost on it. I assumed that that were fixing it for free since they had just made it. When I went to pick it up, they told me that it would be $140. They tried to blame it on me saying I must be too rough with my jewelry. I do not wear this ring often nor have I ever had diamonds fall out of other rings. In addition, I think the time to address this would have been when I first brought the ring in. After much discussion, they did lower the price to $70 but were not very nice about it. I will not be going there. They did not listen to my request when I had it made plus I think they made it poorly and that's why the diamonds fell out. Very bad service overall!

I brought two old wedding bands, one thinner than the other because it used to have a 6 prong head in it, to have a diamond reset in it. I told the owner I wanted to have the new 6 prong head set in the thicker band because when the ring is finished it has to be polished which wears the gold down. He asked me twice which band I wanted it the prong head set it in. He still didn't get it right because he set the head in the thinner band. Also I told him I wanted both wedding bands to be stretched a size 7 1/4, he only stretched it to a size 7, now, the rings are too tight. It can't be re-stretched because the thinner band now has a prong head on it. Do not go to this jewelry store, they do not listen to what you want in following your order specifications. I am very upset because now I have rings that are tight on my finger and one band thinner than the other. I will never go back to them again because they didn't pay attention to anything I asked for.
