Overpriced for quality of service. Poor customer service. They give off a vibe like they are talking bad about you in their own language. I have friends that are Vietnamese and I have joked that I should bring them with me so they can tell me what the nail tech's were saying. I have spent 100's of dollars on their services and it seems like every timE I stepped into the door the customer service and quality became worse. I had enough after multiple people told me there was only a 5 min wait (there were 3 people doing nothing, just sitting around), then after 10 minutes, they told me 15 more minutes... so, I left.. I went to a different nail salon up the road and THEY told me I wasn't the first to feel that way about their services. I will never go back.
