Very bad experience with this florist do not hire. I would have to say that my wedding would have been perfect if it was not for the horrible floral arrangements created by jonathans. On the initial day of our meeting the owner was very personable, however after he received payment, he became very rude and had horrible customer service. He never answered any emails or phone calls. On the day I visited to see my mock up bouquet and table centerpieces, the colors were completely wrong and not at all what we had discussed in our contract. We discussed very specific floral arrangements with pictures, however all of that was disregarded. The flowers were wilted and brown, the color was a baby pink rather than oranges and the mock ups were completely misleading. He informed me less than a week before the wedding that the center pieces i was actually going to receive were going to be half the size of the one that he showed to me during the mock up trial. This to me is very dishonest and misleading to show me the wrong size floral arrangements and inform me later that that was not in fact what i was going to receive. The only reason my order was corrected to the correct colors was because I had my coordinator intervene to ensure I at least got the correct colors. The day of the wedding when the flowers were delivered they were remarkably smaller than i was told the would be, looked nothing like the pictures i had sent him, some of the flowers were wilted and brown, and he was extremely rude to me and all my bridesmaids. The corsages and boutonnieres were a joke, my sister and MOH went to publix purchased all the orange flowers they could find and redid some of the centerpieces taking out the dead flowers and rearranging them so they looked like they weren't just thrown together in a mason jar. Horrible customer service and horrible floral arrangements. DO NOT BOOK with jonathans.
