I’ve been going to Honda Service Center on Fairbanks for years. The service is always quality, prompt and dependable. I really trust Ron Schillings and his Service team! If you are fortunate enough to have your vehicle serviced at this location, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing service!! They were able to squeeze us in when we really needed the van looked at and the oil changed. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Hands down the best service station I have ever been to. They made a point to explain everything to me and break it down. The waiting room has a separate closed off room for kids to play complete with blocks, cars and a play tent. I was able to use the WiFi to get work done while my daughter played. Then the van was even ready 30 minutes before they said it would be. Can't see myself ever taking our cars anywhere else.

They charged my grandmother over $600 to replace her battery and battery cable. Ron Shillings the service manager was rude and unapologetic. When I asked why they charged over $300 for labor he said it took them 2 1/2 hours. To replace a battery and battery cable? I don't think so. I'm disgusted that they took advantage of the elderly with no remorse or resolution when confronted.

Drew Craig, Service Adviser of Holler Honda Service Center was very welcoming and knowledgeable for Honda Car Service. He provided me with full satisfaction in my Car's service job. I wish him success in future to promote Holler Honda's reputation in this region.

Stay far away! I have had Honda vehicles for years and this service center took a big dive about 2 years ago. The technicians that service the vehicles have high turnover, every time I come it's a different face worki ng on my car. Worst of all, is absolutely zero supervision. I have had repeated problems here:



08/2013: I had an oil change and tires rotated, when I picked my car up they had not even touched my tires. Looked at the bill and they had charged me for the rotation. When confronted, they stated "Oh, well the technician didn't think it needed it." They obviously refunded me after I pointed it out. So why try to charge me. In my book that is fraud.



10/2014: Got a notice in the mail to take my vehicle to the center to have the air bag repaired and after I picked it up, I hear what sounds like a loose part in the steering wheel rattling around, when I turned the wheel. Before I could get home, a large bolt drops out of the airbag area. My God, if the airbag had of ever deployed, it could have shot right at my head! This is a major, major safety issue. I can get past cutting corners on oil changes and inspections but to not verify that a safety system is correctly installed, is crazy.



I will never return to this dealership due to thier lack of responsible management. Oversight is a prerequisite for quality work and here there is none. Stay away!

I consistently receive great service from these guys. They are courteous, honest and deliver exactly what they promise. William Harris is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond. They make having your car serviced pretty painless!

I had a wonderful experience at the Holler Service Center.This was the first time I have been to this location and it was a very pleasant surprise. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ron Shillings service manager went above and beyond to help me out and the tech Eddie Gonzales did a great and clean job . I will definitely be back

William Harris was very helpful and my car was ready when he indicated it would be done. Location is very convenient for service to customers in the Winter Park area.

The Holler Honda Service department is great. William has a wonderful personality and always great me with kindness. I have been going there for years, it seem they are a little more detailed in their work now. Its a pleasure to take my car in for service

Have been taking my Honda to Service Center on Fairbanks for years. It is a gem, hidden in Winter Park. Jose used to be my advisor and he has left the company. However, I now deal with Dana, Ron and William. They deliver the quality of service that one would expect from Honda! I truly appreciate them and their honesty. Anyone needing service for their Honda would be wise to take it to these guys. They will not steer you wrong

I have been a customer of Holler Honda Service Center since I bought my car in 1999. I have never taken my car anywhere else because I have never felt the need to leave the best. I have had every service completed on my car and at 165,000 miles, it still purrs like a kitten. The people are fantastic. Ron is very personable and knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns. When I take my car to Holler I feel like I'm going home because the people really do care about you like your family. They thoroughly explain what needs to be completed and the prices are reasonable. They also have snacks in the waiting area! I cannot say enough good things about the people and the service you will receive. I wholeheartedly recommend Holler Honda Service Center to all my friends and family.

We have been taking our hondas here for a while, and we are very pleased with the service. They are honest, efficient, and helpful. The waiting area is nice, has snacks and drinks and there is even a playroom for kids.
