I totally agree with Dan S.. I wish I would have investigated and reviewed their work before giving them full payment or having them attempt to service my needs. From the owner down to his workers over promising not delivering does not communicate properly no follow up you have to run them down to get things done. Not asking for the world just to have good timely Professional Service as I am a small business owner myself my word is my bond that is not this companies mindset!!

Elite is the only choice when it comes to branding your business! Surpasses customer experience & would highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE...Don't make the mistake of giving either a deposit or taking them at their word. This is the worst company for over promising and not delivering, they have no interest in follow up even at the ownership level

We are extremely dissatisfied with Elite Signs. We went with them off a recommendation from a friend. I paid Annie at Elite Signs $800 3 months in advance to make a laser cut wall logo for our new business. We had to constantly follow up as our opening date approached and passed. She had assured us she could have the product to us well in advance of our opening date. It arrived a month late and had many flaws and errors that were not on the proof. The quality was quite shoddy, too, with very noticeable laser nicks. We had to place many calls with them to finally get the correct pieces remade. They would not return our calls or emails. Another month until the replaced letters arrived to us..and not once did they call us or let us speak with Annie (the owner) again. Worked with Bart on getting a partial refund because we had to pay someone to install the sign because they did not include the install it with the finished product. That was 2 months ago. Every time we call, they say they "have mailed the check yesterday"...every single time we call. Unfortunately we doubt the check is in the mail as it's been 3 weeks of hearing this. After filing a complaint with the BBB (which they did not respond to), we will be filing in small claims court. Thank God we found a local company with great customer service and high quality to boot to clean up the mess Elite Signs left us with. Not to mention a lower price! BUYER BEWARE
