I can't really figure this company out. When I called to have my solar system fixed for my pool, I talked to a seemingly knowledgeable person named John. I explained the problem and he gave me a quote over the phone and he said that he would be out the next day to take a look. He even told me that as long as he could let himself into the backyard, nobody needed to be home and that he'd leave a bill on the doorstep. Once I got home, however, my wife told me he had stopped by the house but did not fix anything or leave a note explaining where he went. I waited two days and then had to call HIM back and see what was the problem and why he just disappeared. He went on to explain that we had other problems than the ones I described and would have to get them fixed. Very poor businessman. You would think he would have left a note or called me detailing the problems that needed to be fixed (more business for him, right?). Not a very professional company in my opinion. I would look elsewhere for solar/pool repair.
