This place is operating as if they are in the twilight zone. The receptionist was pleasant but incompetent. We waited because she couldn't figure out how to run a credit card, the place was Empty and we waited 40 minutes. The tech couldn't figure out how to burn a cd from the ct scan. Avoid this place at all costs. Looks like something out of 1950

I've had several MRI's performed at different facilities in the Central Florida area. CDI is absolutely THE BEST BY FAR! From your original contact with them you are treated with great care - they remember you by your name.



I recently had my 3rd MRI recently done there. The facilities are totally spotless. Everyone that works in the Winter Park location is so very caring and professional! Nothing you ask is too much. They checked in on my while undergoing back to back MRI's about once every 5 minutes or so, making me very relaxed!



They play your favorite radio station or you can even bring your own CD!! Awesome facility - I would never even try another facility - no reason to! Definitely job well done!



They report from the radiologist is always clear and concise, as is their imaging. capabilities. I've had to have MRI's re-done that were performed at other clinics because of poor MRI equipment - never here!!

Horrible customer service. My appointment was at 4:00 and they were running 2 hours late and they made NO PHONE CALL to let any of the scheduled appts know this. Then when I told them this they straight lied to my face and said your appointment was at 4:30 when I have a voicemail confirming my 4:00 appt from the day before. I ask to speak to a manager and they wouldn't even let me speak to him after I paid them $800 cash. Never will go here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LYING PLACE.
