Went for my first visit yesterday and was very happy with choice. Had a massage and facial with Cathi that I got off of Groupon. It was terrific. Cathi spent a full hour on massage and 50 minutes on facial. I had not so good experience with Groupon in past so was skeptical. Wonderful experience and would like to try other services at salon. Very welcoming environment. Everyone friendly. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I went to Cathi yesterday and the experience was wonderful. I had a Swedish massage and facial and got more than my money's worth. Full 1 hour massage and full 50 minute facial. Cathi made me feel very welcomed and completely pampered. I cannot wait to go back and have already scheduled my next appointment.

Absolutely wonderful service done by Jody for permanent makeup. I recently got new eyebrows. (They're gorgeous if I do say so myself!) Jody takes the time to explain everything and also suggests and helps you make the decisions of color and thickness, etc. She is truly an artist. She is meticulous and while she was working on my eyebrows, I felt like I was in the hands of a true craftsman -- I felt confident knowing that all was going to be well and I would be pleased with the results. I am more than pleased -- I'm in awe! If you're even thinking of getting permanent makeup (especially eyebrows) before you go anywhere, talk to Jody first!

Extremely poor service in massage by Cathi. I personally have tried many massages in 5-star hotels and been to massage spa locally. This one Profile 60 minutes-massage is by far the worst one. Not only Cathy did not give me a full 60 minutes (only massaged me for 45 minutes which I had paid for 60 minutes), but also she seemed to be in a hurry. It is not professional. It really actually feels like fish slapping on my back. I would recommend better massage place like Nu Beginnings in Lakeland. Jamie is my massage therapist and she is professional. I was just driving thru Lake Alfred and that is why I booked a massage by that area. I am disappointed at that place. I would never recommend it to anyone.
