Do not take your car here. My mom went there and they disrespected her. She paid $35 for something i can do. They literally poured water on it and called it clean! They said they cant clean her car because it was too dirty. THAT'S WHY SHE CAME TO THE CAR WASH. and on top of that they were literally downgrading her because her English wasn't good. WOW, this place is horrific. You can probably pay your 10 year old kids $35 for a way better job. If yp had a zero stars rate, that what they deserve.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Picked up my car and the leather seat is RUINED!! Pat the owner basically said its not his problem and they didn't do it. He was absolutely rude and without even really looking at it said there is no way they did it. I will be seeking legal help because I just bought the car and it was perfect when I left it there! I was shocked at how Pat the owner acted. He could care less what happens to your car and will deny any wrong doing!!! Save yourself a lot of money and stay away!!!

Pats Car Wash was polishing the paint on my truck when the guy decided to polish my windshield. It left countless scratches on the glass and now I can hardly see to drive at night from all the scratches creating a glare. I tried to speak with Pat the owner about what had happened, but was quickly verbally assaulted. He basicly was screaming and dropping the "F" bomb so frequently that he sounded like a drunken sailor. Pat is not too nice!

I am very DISAPPOINTED with my experience at PATS NUSTAR CAR WASH. This is a "scratch and wash car wash". They scratched my car, and I immediately notified the manager. When I told the manager about the scratches, he was sarcastic and seemed angry. He denied any responsibility. He took my name and number and I was told the owner would contact me. The owner never did contact me, so I called to speak to the owner. I was told the owner was not there. Seconds later, the owner calls me. He denied responsibility for the damage in a sarcastic way. His attitude was like so what, get over it, I don't care. He stated he never had any complaints. I told him about the internet complaints and informed him I was going to add my bad experience. He stated, "Sometimes hard knocks are good". Don't go to this "scratch and wash car wash. Their automatic money machine was broke, and its a rough ride when entering the automatic car wash area. The wash area seems to beat and scratch car's. Be Warned that Pats Nustar Car Wash will leave your car scratched due to their patented scratch and I don't care system of doing business.

this is the worst place EVER THEY SUCK. I paid 187 to get my whole car detailed and the did a crappy job. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

He is very unprofessional. We paid for a 25.00 full service wash. He didn't do what was listed on the sign an when we asked them to he said no, if we wanted it done to get it detailed. So we started wiping it down an he told us to get off his property or he was going to call the police an have us escorted off. Really. He is not professional an truly does not know how to treat customer. He is rude, crude an socially unacceptable. He needs to name us car wash Rudestar car was. It truly fits him.

Stay away! Stay far far away! I paid for a full detail, and ended up redoing everything once I got my car home. They sprayed something on my car that permanently streaked my drivers side front fender. I tried to buff it out, but it's there for good. My rims were dirty, there was still bug residues on my front bumper and side view mirrors, and they poorly applied some kind of stick goo to my leather (extra $20 for the treatment), and I had to remove the sludge from my leather and redo everything. I don't see how they are still in business. Take your car there at your own risk!
