I tried them out because they're local, but after extremely poor customer service I will not be back.

I have been going to Gulf state signs for many years for all my signs, Business and Church. They have always give me what I wanted. Very nice work. I never want the norm, its always something that you can't get anywhere.

The people at Gulf State signs have always supplied my need. Like I said Good and Bad in everything. I am happy to say, all I have had was good. Maybe she was not nice or it was just an off day. we all have off days some time.

I placed an order for signs here and although the invoice had the correct address (the ladies in the front took down the order correctly) the signs were full of errors. The person making the signs put the wrong city and when i picked my order up, i pointed it out and it was changed.

When i got back to the office i looked at the signs again and noticed the zip code was also wrong. I thought to myself that everyone makes mistakes and that i was going to be very nice about it, but when i brought it back i was not appologized to, but rather yelled at for not noticing at first.

This was a terrible experience and i feel badly for anyone who has to work around this man.

Go somewhere else for your signs. There are many companies in the area and the one I use now is fabulous and treats me like a person:)
