We eat here at least once a week. The food is always very good. We have never been disappointed! I can’t believe some of these bad reviews! It is like they were at a different restaurant.

Heating lamps ruin the food. Kills freshness. Glasses trays wet w/food particles. No table service.����

Eat there regularly. Great food, service and cleanliness. Would love to inspect homes of chronic complainers. At 77, I don't waste time at inferior restaurants.

cashier told me could have my bd lunch then manager came over said sorry you cant have lunch you didnt join the club said I would..but have to wait till it comes email this was after she took my license and said it would be fine...food was blah noone around to cut or serve the meat what was left beside mostly a carcass ...wanted hot carmel for my ice cream I had to fight to get out of the machine told her it was empty she looked funny at me said give me a min...she didnt come back while I stood there waiting went off and done something else..the cotton cand y most GC put in a baggie they put theres on a stick it was all yucky and looked awful time I wanted one they never put up a fresh one..Ive eaten at other GC and loved it..this place was horrid...will never go back and while I would say go to GC dont go to the one in winter haven near Legoland yuck!!! ruined my BD dinner

Do not trust their ads!!! I went there with my daughter and a few family family friends for wing night. Paid $78, and there were no wings!!! Server said they don't do that. This skitzoid advertising is crazy, keep your plans, I bought sodas and everything. If you go ask before you psy, if they are reliable enough, we should have gone to Applebee's

We are snowbirds and ate at this location last winter. It was good and we looked forward to going back. We did and the quality of the food has deteriorated. It was noticeably not as good. I'm not sure what happened other than a cook change. We had friends mention eating there and I asked them what they thought. The said it is dirty. They said restrooms are dirty and the eating area is dirty. Wake up Golden Corral Winter Haven. You will lose business quickly if you don't.

I went into this store right away when they opened up for the day. The day I went in there was on a Wednesday morning around 10:45am and got me a table which was dirty(no no one else had sat there that morning). I switched tables and looked at the carpeted floors and they were so dirty from old food. I asked the waitress about the floors and she talked to the manager about it and she responded back that they have the floors cleaned once a week on a Monday night. The food was far below good.

My family had a wonderful dining experience and for the most part everything went really well. The waitress was very attentive. The food was delicious. The only thing that went wrong was it took a while for the cooks to replace the fresh rolls when they ran out. Other than that great experience.

The worst golden corral restaurant I have been to. Horrible manager that doesnt respond to the needs of customers. Small uncomfortable eating and buffet space. Wait staff very unprofessional and show a lack of enthusiasm. Also seen roaches...gross. they also charge more than the ones in lakeland. Skip this place and drive to lakeland, it will be worth the gas.
