I have been going to Empire for a few years now and they have always been fast however excellent with their work. Every time I pick up my car, I feel confident that they fixed it correctly. As the owner of Pat’s Nu Star Carwash, I have multiple customers asking me, “where should I go to repair my car?” I always tell them to go to Empire because of the quality of work they do. The customers that I have told to take their car to Empire has come back and told me that they did a great job.

Thanks to Kenny, Chris and the rest of Empire! Once again spectacular service on our Mercedes! Always fair, informative and does what it takes to get the job done right!

Empire Imported Parts and Service has taken care of my vehicles since the mid-seventies, including several Volkswagens, two BMWs, my mother-in-laws Subaru, one Land Rover and even an Alfa Romeo! I always recommend EMPIRE to my friends who want an honest place to have their vehicles serviced - a business that does competent, reliable work.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because: I own a 2005 Mercedes S-430 and started having shifting problems. I called Empire, recommended form Grants Auto, explained my symptoms to Chris and he advised what was most likely causing the problem. Chris was able to get my car looked at that day and start repairs the same day. Although with transmissions there may also be other issues, and my valve body was bad as well and needed to be replaced. Chris called to explain the problem and what they could do to fix it. Soon after they received the part from Mercedes and programmed the transmission I was back on the road!!! Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Total turn around time 2 days!!! I highly recommend Empire and their staff to anyone who owns an imported vehicle!!!!

I have owned three imported cars over the past 11 years and have taken them all to Empire. Not only do they provide professional service with fair prices, they are great guys who are professionals. That may not sound like a reason to use a business to some, but to me, customer service combined with professional know-how can't be beat. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else and may even keep buying imported cars just so I don't have to!! :)

I highly recommend Empire for their excellent work, fair prices and customer service. These guys really know what they're doing. The ONLY place I'll take my VW!
