I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be helped and the employee in front of me facing me was just texting away and playing on his phone. He ignored the girl behind me when I was done as well. The 2 girls that work there are lovely and helpful, but this man was extremely rude. He made it seem like such a burden to help me and gave me attitude. I left and was offered 3x more than what he did for my game system at the pawn shop by subway which is good. But if I ever do decide to come back, I'll definitely accept assistance only from one of the 2 girls that work there because they always give me a pleasant experience and great customer service, which is the only reason why I give 1 star instead of 0. :(
