I watched two clients being seated at dirty spa chairs. The former customers, one being a child, had just left. No one cleaned them. The man doing my pedi brought out packaged tools but used tools lying on the station next to me. He polished my toes quickly, getting polish on my skin. Massage part minimal to non existent.

This nail salon tops the WORST of the WORST experience that I've ever had at a nail salon coming from someone who goes to the nail salon every two weeks faithfully. I went to this salon two days ago with my sister. At first everything was okay got offered various drinks then I sat in the pedicure chair but I didn't start getting worked on an hour later. The woman who worked on me immediately started rushing. The women started working on my feet and massaging my feet and ends up scratching me with her nail and goes over the scratch with the hot stone making my skin red and inflamed. The women claims she seen the scratch but didn't want to bother me but if she did go over the scratch why would you go over it with a hot stone ? And she claimed that it was already there but when you first get scratched you bleed a little bit and that's what was happening. So the women Denys that she did it making me grow with even more anger. Then she works on my nails and I had acrylic but got it off mostly just had a little piece of it left on a couple nails and the women scraps off the majority but not all of it then continues to paint my nails. Then when she paints my nails she puts nail polish remover in it so it thins it out so much she had to do 4 or 5 coats then it doesn't even look halfway decent and chipped off on some of my nails the next day. Then the manager didn't offer an apology or discount or anything.i am very disappointed in the service I got and how the salon handled it. If I would've gotten an apology at the least I wouldn't even have gone this far as making this review.

Horrible job on my hands. They looked unfinished and didn't last a week.

I love getting my pedicures here. The staff is wonderful. They provide a great atmosphere and service.

Love it JoAnn (nails) and Jack (pedicure) are the best. Really busy and I recommend an appointment as they do get a lot of walk ins.

Usually a good salon for pedicures. I would not recommend going on the weekend as the technicians are not as friendly or skilled. This is the reason for 3 instead of 5 stars. I currently have a lumpy polish on my toes because the tech claimed she could not paint with the massage chair operating. The chair was not on. The poor job was not apparent until I was home and could examine more closely. Will not go back for a while. Lee, the manager, would correct if I went back which is not doable during the week.

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. My girls and I can't wait to go back. Thanks Spa Nails....Love the New design.
