Based on my experience, I would suggest you avoid this establishment at all cost. They are unprofessional, unethical and totally uncaring. BUYER BEWARE !
I had an appointment at 10 today. Website says they open at 9;30. I arrived 10 minutes early. They were closed. Sign in window says they open at 9:30. Manager arrived at slightly after ten and was non-verbal. There was no staff. At 10;30 I asked for information. He said he would call staff soon-ish. There was no "I'm sorry", no explanation, no communication. At 10:40 I left as first staff person dragged in. He told me he couldn't care less.

BUYER BEWARE!!!. I took my car a couple of weeks ago to get cleaned and for what the service is supposed to be worth approx $150 it was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. I am so glad that I at least got a discount on Living Social however I will not be returning. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but it was REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!. Work was really patchy and MY CAR CAME BACK WITH A BROWN STAIN ALL OVER THE BACK SEAT.



I had left my car overnight and asked them to leave the key in the car. When I picked it up the next day I was really shocked. Not only were the seats stained but there was still some dried up wax on the top of the car and dried up cleaning agent on the inside of the door. I called the next day and the day after that and NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. Finally on my 3rd call I told Sherman what happened, he asked me to bring it in so they could look at it. When I went in, NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION,



Sherman just walked out with a spray and started spraying the seats with some type of upholstery cleaner and moved EXTREMELY SLOW. I would think that after you messed up the service the first time you would want to make it right and communicate that right away. Sherman looks around 60 but moves like he's in his 80's. Customer Service and the quality of work really needs to be worked on to make this business successful. WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE RETURNING. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!...

Thanks, we have been in business for years. Please your car or business will not make us or break us. As you can see we have plenty of customers that know we do very good work, otherwise we would not be in business for over 5 years. Your car was a exception, not good!

Horrible detailing job. I actually had to clean my windows when I got home. Streaky and residue left behind. They had my car from 9 until 6:30..I was told to be there 5:45 and stood waiting for 45 minutes. Horrible job and ridiculously long. Not to mention seventy are wasted. Go to Marco's on country club, for twenty dollars they do a far superior job. In less than thirty minutes.

Never go here!!!!!

This place is ridiculous and the owner has absolutely no concept of customer service. I bought a groupon for a car wash, but when I got there I was told I'd have to wait at least 2 hours. I understood and asked if I could make an appointment. The guy told me they don't make appointments but, and I quote, " if you come back at 4 tomorrow I will take care of you". I left happy and feeling like ok if I come back tomorrow at 4 I will get my car washed. I bust it to get off work and there by 4. I walk in, tell the "owner". What I was told yesterday. He told me that it doesn't matter it will be at least an hour wait. I didn't have an hour to wait. He could care less that I was told one thing and another was done. He wouldn't even talk to the guy who told me that. I will never understand how poorly this whole situation was handled. He still wouldn't make an appointment for me, he kept telling me to come in the morning although I kept telling him I work during the day. I felt like I was talking to a 5 year old! I finally told him I would be sure to tell everyone I knew not to go to this place...his fine upstanding response: " go ahead, tell everyone you know" ....wow.

After purchasing a $62.50 disc...

After purchasing a $62.50 discount coupon for a $125 detail, it seemed like a steal. In the end, I was robbed. Went in for a 9a.m. appt, only for the owner to show up @ 9:20. Left the car for the requisite 3 hour detailing, returned 4 1/2 hours later (after receiving NO CONTACT) to find car untouched. The owner stated that the "Big" jobs take longer, so he does them last, AFTER SCHEDULING AN A.M. APPOINTMENT!!! Had to reschedule for next day (today), left car and the cleaning was just ok... Certainly not worth the time and $62.50, much less the original $125. I wanted to believe, wanted to help and send business to Platinum, decided to buy a shampooer and save the time and hassle. Will not return, WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
