I have been to pretty much all of the pet stores around here, and I thing they are the best. They have good prices, and I have always found the staff to be polite and knowledgeable. I travel out of my way , past other pet stores to go here because I know I am going to find what I'm looking for and not pay an arm and a leg for it.

I've never met less likable people in my entire life. The people who work there are rude, ignorant, and down right stupid. Also, they are are affiliated with Stepping Stones Canine Rescue, who are known to ABUSE their animals!

The main thing this store has going for it is its location. I shop for food and products for my cats here, the selection is not huge but I think, for the size of the store, it is good. Prices seem a little higher than competition but I feel that is the trade-off for the convenient location. They do regularly send out $5 coupons which helps.

Can't rely on them having the same foods all the time nor being concerned about it. Nothing but kids running the store. I've nerver been able to talk with an adult about any problem or concern.
