Staff were really nice and professional. They got me in quickly and I didn’t cry at the bill :-) nice surprise now a days. Thank you I was very satisfied with my visit.

billing problems lead to duplicate bills. Service is good

I'VE BEEN A CLIENT OF OLD TOWN IMMEDIATE CARE FOR YEARS AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCEPTIONAL GOOD HELP AT THIS OFFICE. MY FATHER COULD'VE DIED LAST YEAR IF IT WASN'T THE FAST WORK AT THIS OFFICE THAT GOT HIM TRANSPORTED TO FORSYTH MEDICAL IN ENOUGH TIME DUE TO A MALFUNCTIONAL BILE.

The office is old and the people are OK. I never get a bill for more money after my insurance and copay.

They are open 7 days a week. The wait time is a bit long though. Ill keep going because they are helpful with samples and affordable in this terrible economy.
