Provided by YP.comThe worst experience. People working at this office are not aware of what the the actual process is for ITIN. They messed up my tax filing and IRS has returned my paperwork for more information.
The worst part is when we go back to get help about the issue, all they do is open their hands and tell us they are not sure what to do and we are left on our own.
Just don't go to tho office or to Jackson Hewitt at all. H&R seems to be more reliable.
