My wife and I quit going here a few months ago. Was short on some food we order and the waitress argued with me & did want me to talk to the manager. Never going back, food ain't that good. Hope it was worth losing about $60.00 per week.

bravo and everything is great. prices,menu,employees,clean,service and food.

The food at this place is consistently great tasting and reasonably priced. Their #21 Deli Roast Beef Sub tops similar subs at sub shop chains in the quality and flavor of the meat and in the overall taste of the sandwich---I can't find a sub this good when I'm traveling out of town! I'm fine with their service because my experiences have been that the people working at the Hero House usually are concentrating on getting my order placed correctly and efficiently so I can eat. If you require a lot of individual attention, go eat somewhere else where the menu is overpriced and you have to leave a big tip ---then, you will appreciate the Hero House difference like I do.

They may not be the most pleasant people in the restaurant business , but if you've ever worked in one you'll know why they are that way, customers are hateful, ungrateful , disrespective , and think there're the only people on the world, to get respect you must also give some!

This restaraunt has awesome food but the service needs major attention. These people act as if you owe them something and that you are bothering them by ordering. Again love the food but the customer service stinks!!!!
