Good work but the prices are just too high. Had a plumbing service call the tech just used a couple fittings was only onsite for 20min but charged 200$. Would only use them again if it was an emergency.

When my husband and I moved into an older home in town we had several needs for updating, including plumbing; and electrical. Our agent told us about Gwyn. The company sent out several people to come to our home and give us estimates for the work that needed to be done. We were not planning on using anyone else because of the convenience of having the same company do all of the work. My husband took two hours off of work to be at our home for the assessments. We were told we would have the estimates in a few days. Two weeks went by and we realized that no estimates were coming. The company did not have enough respect for us as potential customers to even call to see if we wanted the work performed after all. Little did they know we had many jobs for them to do over time that would have been a financial benefit to their company. I guess in this economy they do not need our money; so we are more than happy to give it to someone else who can use it. It will be with a business with much better customer service than is offered by Gwyn.
