I called this firm to order a specific product recommended by my therapist. I was told they had it in stock, I paid for it by phone, had my son pick up and install it. When I saw it, it was exactly what my therapist told me not to get. I complained and they said they explained the difference, which was a lie. Had they said they did not have it I would have continued shopping. My message is beware, these people think they can substitute without your approval.

Everytime I got Ostomy bags for my son from Forsyth Medical Supply the bags were defaulted and couldn't be used when I told them the bags were no good they said they could not refund my money b/c I "used" the bags. The bag itself would separate from the seal and they said I must of been applying it to my son wrong.. He's had the Ostomy for 2 years since he was 24 hours old do you really think I don't know how to put it on my own kid by now?! Very rude and I would NEVER NO MATTER WHAT recommend ANYONE to shop here.. Horrible customer service and very rude..

Beware! The rudest people you will come in contact with if you dare to change your mind about a rental item. I went by on 12/23 to ask about renting a knee walker for the months of Jan. & Feb.2012, to use after surgery on 12/28. I ASKED sales clerk if I needed to RESERVE it or take it with me due to the upcoming holidays. Clerk told my son, me & another sales clerk that I could go ahead & take it with me & the RENTAL FEE WOULDN'T START UNTIL Jan.1st. I decided to return it when they reopened for business on 12/27 because I would not be able to use it until a later date. My husband returned it on his lunch break & they would not refund the entire $200 charge saying I "had it for use for those 3 days & rent for those days was $30." even when I told them it was never moved from my van.The manager rudely told me "that's your word" & said her sales girls would NEVER do that because they knew her rules.I told her I would call BBB & she said "go ahead!" & hung up on me. VERY RUDE & LIED TO ME
